Rojo Mexican Grill, a popular full-service restaurant at the West End in St. Louis Park, will open a new location at Southdale Center in Edina next year.

Southdale made the announcement Thursday, while saying it was adding several new restaurants and retailers to the mall.

Rojo is taking over the space vacated by beauty retailer Ulta, which said earlier this year it was taking over part of the downsized Best Buy Co. Inc. store in Richfield. Rojo opened its West End restaurant in 2010.  (Source: Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal)
