A Maple Grove couple with decades of experience in the corporate world will open a Great Harvest Bread franchise at 83rd Way and Grove Drive later this month.

Jeff and Toni Fluke have lived in the Maple Grove area for about 30 years, with she working in real estate and he as an accountant for “corporate America.”

On Aug. 17, the couple will realize a dream and open a Great Harvest Bread Co. franchise in Maple Grove. Their new business will be located at 13714 Grove Drive in Maple Grove.

After their grand opening on Aug. 17, the hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.  According to their website, there will be a full menu of breads and sweets, sandwiches as well as coffee and beverages. (Source: MapleGrovePatch)
