Vertical Fitness Group is converting 11 Gold’s Gym locations to Xperience Fitness, according to a report.
Gold’s Gym in Woodbury is now Xperience Fitness. There is a new sign announcing the change at the fitness center, located at 1555 Queens Drive in Woodbury.
Employees there directed Patch to an official in Wisconsin who did not return phone calls seeking comment.
Vertical Fitness Group—an Appleton, Wis.-based health club company—has converted 11 Gold’s Gym locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin to Xperience Fitness, according to a post on marketwatch.com. Since 2003, Vertical Fitness Group has been a franchisee of Gold’s Gym International, according to the report
The facility features a basketball court, “cardio cinema,” cardio equipment, free weights, group exercise classes, juice bar, kid’s club, locker rooms, nutrition counseling, personal training, resistance machines, sauna/steam room, spinning room, swimming pool, tanning and “XRKADE,” according to the Xperience Fitness website.
