Sally Smith, CEO of Buffalo Wild Wings, the Golden Valley-based restaurant chain, says in a CNBC interview (below) that the company has successfully pulled in enough wings to accommodate the expected crush of traffic. Last year the company sold 6 million wings on Super Bowl Sunday, which Smith says runs about twice the traffic of a regular (non-football) Sunday. “This is one of my favorite weekends of the year,” she said.
